The Managing Director of DOUKAS Service GmbH graduated from an in-depth training course delivered by the Bavarian Police. Following training to become a Police officer, he trained for a special unit within the Police force. Through ongoing training and additional practice-based learning, he achieved qualifications that go well beyond regular Police service.
Working as a freelancer as defined by Section 34 of German Trading Regulations, the Managing Director has since 2001 successfully deployed the skills and knowledge he learned while working with the Police.
His many years’ experience in the civil service, as well as his subsequent role as the owner of a private security business, constant and successful job handling and the ongoing further development of his entire team meant that his freelance company underwent the transition to a public limited company in June 2007.
